Environment Policy:  In line with environmental legislation and efficient business practice , we will endeavour to ensure the conservation of natural resources while minimising any adverse environmental impact from our operations, including, but not limited to, waste reduction and recycling.

 

Recycle

 

The company operates an energy conservation policy to ensure that all non-critical equipment is switched off when not needed and that low energy electrical equipment will be preferred for purchase. To reduce paper usage, we endeavour to perform business electronically. In addition, we will always seek to purchase products that are re-usable and recyclable and that do not damage the environment. Whenever possible we try to reuse incoming packaging materials.

 

We aim to review our environmental policies and procedures regularly to improve our effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Commercial Confidentiality:  In order to enable us to provide an appropriate level of advice we often need access to the client's detailed technical information relating to products and/or processes.

 

We will protect such information and we  will not divulge to third parties matters confidential to the Client without the Client's consent.

If requested, we are happy to sign Non-disclosure Agreements relating to specific projects. We can provided a simple NDA template for use by clients if required.

Privacy Policy:  We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (Registration No. PZ8625533).

When you request information, documents or registration on the website, we may ask you for contact information, personal details and email addresses. We will never disclose information about your individual visits to the web site or personal data to any third parties unless we have your prior consent.

Lock

We do not supply your personal information to others. If you become a Client, we may subsequently use the information to notify you about regulatory changes that may affect you etc that we believe you will find interesting. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information or at the end of a project. Alternatively you can opt out of receiving such mailings at any time by sending an email to

If you wish to check the information which we hold on you please contact us, we will obviouslyu need confirmation of identity before proceeding but will subsequently itemise all information (as held by us) within the appropriate legal time limit and will try to send it within 14 days. Any information which we hold on you will be review for accuracy and we will regularly audit it and dispose of any information which has not been used over a twelve month period. Your information will not be passed onto any third parties without your express permission in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Initial consultation: When you contact us we will be happy to explore your problems and issues and provide initial feedback and recommendations. In some cases we will require a fair amount of detail (technical etc.), but rest assured all information imparted this way will remain confidential. In most cases we carry out these initial consultations for no charge.
