Dr Colin R Petts - Director

Colin
was educated at University College London where he obtained a 1st
Class Honours degree in Applied Physics and a PhD in Electronic
Engineering. He has worked in high-tech manufacturing and service
industries for over 20 years. During this time he has had a variety of
roles including research and development, product engineering,
operations management , strategic planning and control. He has board
level experience in medium-sized businesses and an intuitive
understanding of the problems encountered by such businesses. As a
result he has gained extensive experience of business restructuring,
unit integration and the associated change management.

| Bob Bell - Associate

Bob has extensive experience in managing
Test departments, Production departments and Product management in High
tech manufacturing and Pharmaceutical and semi-conductor plant
manufacture both mechanical and electrical. He has been involved with
the implementation of change within these environments. Previously Bob
has also been responsible for the design and production of electronic
units used in scientific instruments, and the maintenance of medium
sized manufacturing plants. In addition to his involvement with PCL, Bob
is a partner in an Electrical testing and Mechanical services company. |

Peter
Metcalfe- Associate

Peter is an Honours
Graduate in Electronics and has over twenty years lecturing
experience in Analogue and Digital Electronics and Communications
Systems. He has been a qualified, active Radio Amateur for
thirty-five years, with all the RFI experience that this entails. He
was responsible for the design, construction and, until recently,
management of the Sussex Euro Compliance Group facility, and has
over 11 years experience of EMC testing. He now is heading up a new
test facility in Burgess Hill. Peter also has ten years experience
providing consultancy and training for numerous companies from
multi-national to sole traders. He is a member of EMCTLA, EMCIA and
ETSI Technical Group 17. |

Harlowe - Associate

Brian
has many years experience in regulatory issues and Safety Compliance
for CE marking of complex products. He has been involved in the
production and maintenance of numerous technical construction files.
In addition he has experience of North American regulatory
requirements and SEMI S2-93. Brian has also been involved in the
design and production of electrical systems used in high value
scientific instruments. Previous experience involved Project
management work on major Motorway and Marine Signalling Contracts.
Electrical and Calibration work with a major Semiconductor Company.
Managing the Test Dept for a Medium sized Electrical Engineering
Company and working on aircraft communications equipment in the RAF. |

With over 20 years
experience in high technology industries, Ramesh has gained real
world experience in many aspects of Sales, Marketing and Business
Development in the International marketplace. As a result he also
has extensive experience in the development of clear communication
approaches including product manuals, technical documentation and
promotional material. Ramesh has worked with smaller
businesses and start-ups providing growth strategies as well
as taking on outsourced work enabling the the businesses to
concentrate on the key growth issues. |

Paul
Belcher MBA - Associate Email
Paul
has worked in high-technology
environments in practically every function and at a
senior level including product design, project management, product
management, customer support, technical authoring, knowledge
management, strategy development and training. His previous work
being characterised by troubleshooting roles requiring focus,
excellent communications and strategic thinking to bring about
successful and sustainable change. Paul has travelled extensively to
work with technologists around the world in companies such as Intel,
Samsung, IBM and many others. Paul has a BSc Hons in Applied Physics
(Hull University), an MBA (OUBS) and is a fully qualified NLP Master
Practitioner, Trainer and Coach. |

Marja C Petts - Company Secretary Email
Marja
was educated at St Hugh's College Oxford where studied English. She
speaks German and French and is learning Finnish. Over the years she
has worked in a number of administrative roles. In petts consulting
limited her responsibilities include web design, administration and
aspects of finance. |
